Pop-up Widgets: Button Not Showing

End users might not be able to see the button on your widgets due to enhanced tracking protection settings in their browsers.

Browsers' tracking protection settings might lead to buttons not showing on your Send to Messenger or abandoned cart journey pop-up widgets. 

Examples of these type of browser settings are Enhanced Tracking Protection in Firefox or cross-site tracking prevention in Safari.

Most Google Chrome users will not experience these issues when they see one of your pop-up widgets.
