Navigate to the 'Troubleshooting' tab of the 'Help' section and you will find links to support documents, a way to get in touch with our Customer Success team, and you can refresh the connection between I AM POP and your Facebook page.
This last option can solve issues with your Messenger bot. Sometimes, a loss of connection can lead to error messages and limited functionality. Refresh your connection to solve this problem.
If you encounter these messages in your Messenger channel, chances are you only need to refresh your connection.
