The owner of a bot - the person who created it - is responsible for its subscription fees. Adding a payment method to your account ensures that you are able to lift the 100 subscriber count limit of any bots you own.
A bot can have multiple users working on it at the same time, but only one of those will be responsible for the bot's subscription fee payments: the person who created the bot, the 'owner'.
Do you work for a record label that runs multiple bots, for several of their artists, but want to centralize your subscription payments - in case a bot has already been created, you will not be able change its owner.
